It is the world's largest association for Administrative Professionals with 700 chapters worldwide and more than 64.000 Administrative Professionals have attained the CPS® and CAP® more than 4.000 designation since it first administered in 1951.

For over 56 years, IAAP® have provided up to date research on office trends, cutting edge publications, outstanding seminars and conferences to help administrative professionals enhance their skills and become more effective contributors to their employers.

OFFICE PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTE (OPI) is the one and only center in Indonesia, authorized by IAAP® to organized and manage the CPS® and CAP® examination.
